Dick charges a flat fee ($40) for his time, plus the cost of materials. He works pretty fast. He also has the necessary tools to complete any repair or minor renovation project. The work was completed with quality workmanship, and he cleaned up before he left each day. It's great having someone who can do it all. I had been procrastinating getting these repairs done; and Dick came in and completed everything in a few days.
