Cameron Warren

Cameron was great and did a good job until the very end. After he was paid he did not finish the punch list. The new shower stall leaks continuously, the tile work is sub par in the shower stall and the kitchen back splash. Tiles protrude and the grout lines do not line up. The electric outlet installed in the garage does not work. The new HVAC unit has already overflowed and leaked into the 2nd floor due to construction debris and a switch not being set correctly. The 100 year old hardwood on the steps and banisters are scratched and there is an eight inch hole left in the plaster of the stairwell from pulling wires. We are left with these final items and corrections with no resolution from Cameron after many calls, emails and texts and broken promises. We are very disappointed.

Cameron seemed to have many different carpenters in and out of my house, some of which did really poor quality work. We had trouble with scheduling and communicating when we asked about the layout and making sure code was met and that everything would fit properly. I even overheard one of his carpenters say that they sometimes do not even get proper permits! Our drywall was not even and there were many areas that were left unsanded and just painted over. The paint lines were uneven and I also experienced a plumbing leak (from the newly installed vanity) soon after his work. His tile work is sub par; many edges/corners of our newly installed tile were raised and his excuse was that our subfloor was shifting, yet the grout lines were not cracked and this was all within days of him finishing the tile work??? I found another review of C. Warren Carpentry after our contract agreement (unfortunately), which said he had ordered cabinetry that did NOT even fit their new kitchen and he refused to take responsibility and was fired from the job, yet he demanded pay for the cabinetry that would not fit the layout. Apparently he draws his layouts on scratch paper, which are not to scale. My issues went unresolved and we agreed to cancel our contract after seeing his tile workmanship and we instead withheld the final payment to seek another qualified contractor, who fixed HIS errors and could actually do proper work. If you want a "deal" for your new remodel or upgrade on your house, but are willing to sacrifice quality wrorkmanship, Cameron Warren is the contractor for you. If you want QUALITY work the FIRST time with a contractor who backs up their work, look elsewhere! There is absolutely NO compromise with this company and I now have a qualified contractor to do all of my home renovations.

I needed to have some work done last October so I reached out to Cameron Warren for this project. I have used Cameron Warren many times in the past and they do great work. The team at Cameron does great work for a good price and I would use them again in the future.

His work is very good and reasonably priced. They are just three guys who work there. Now I have used them for a couple of years. I have spent enough time in these years. He was referred to me, and I just went ahead and used him. I personally like him. He does quality work and very responsive. He has some different schedule because my wife and I work. Previously, many people we hired in the past were very difficult to get them working on my schedule compare to their schedule. He works on our schedule. His price is competitive like others. He is amazing. He is a very versatile guy.

After my Mother passed away I needed to clean out and fix up her house to sell. Cameron assisted in getting the house ready for sale and selling the home. He made the process painless which was a pleasure. Use my name when dealing with him.
