We had a wonderful experience. They were on time and very professional. I called around last week to multiple moving services and they were much more expensive and had minimum hours/cost requirements. I was thrilled that Bradley was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and were reasonably priced. The movers were so polite (and very strong). We will absolutely use them again for future services.

I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

First of all I was told the movers would arrive at 730am promptly. They arrived at 815am. I was told on the phone that they charged an hourly rate of $115, that there was a three hour minimum and that they approximated our job would take 6 hours. This all sounded fair to me. What I was not told that I would be charged the minute they picked up the truck. Supposedly they picked up the truck at 7am. I don't know why or how it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from Ambler to Conshohocken. We were also not told that there would be a $50 fuel surcharge. So not only did we pay for them to get to the job we paid $50 for gas from Conshohocken to Oreland. I know gas prices are ridiculous but come on. Can you say hidden charges?!?! There were three movers none of whom ever introduced themselves. Our apartment complex was a pain and did make them use a certain elevator which was out of the way so I could see some additional time. However they were extremely slow. Plus every time they brought items to the truck they seemed to take cigarette breaks. Why not when you are charging hourly rates. There was absolutely no hustle. They definitely did not maximize their trips. My husband ended up helping them transport items to their truck which if we had known how much they were going to charge and take advantage we would have sat and relaxed. After what seemed like an endless day, we were appalled when we received the invoice for 11 hours and all the charges that we were never told about. Why even give an estimate. I have had great movers in the past I would never recommend or use this company in the future. We felt we were totally taken advantage of. The one mover came in with the invoice and the other two didn't even say goodbye. Chuck was very nice but otherwise there was absolutely no professionalism.

Moving is always a horrible experience but Bradley staff made it go much smoother. I had a courteous, helpful, hard-working team. There wasn't a hitch. At the start, Gene, the owner, was the only one of the three companies I called who came to my house in person to do the estimate. His price was also twice as low as one of the phone estimates I received. I will be recommending this company to my parents who may be needing a moving company in the near future.

It went very well.  We were very happy with Bradley and we will continue to use him.

They were on time but I thought the workers were slow and took too many breaks. They were unable to get all of my household items in one truck so they had to get another truck there. The owner came over with a pick up truck and they had to crunch things into the pick up. They estimated about 7 hours it took almost 12 hours. They billed me for the breaks and for the time they had to wait for another truck. The movers broke a piece off my dresser and told me they would be back to fix it. That was four months ago and they never called or showed up to fix it.

Bradley Moving and Storage were beyond professional and provided excellent service.  They did not complain once to us about having to wait an inordinate amount of time due to a delay in our closing.  They stayed until the wee hours of the morning to get the job done.  Nothing broken, no additional charges - what more could you ask for.  I hope I never have to move again, but if you do, consider these guys they were excellent. 

My wife and myself were VERY pleased with this mover.  We got three bids from three local movers (all on Angie's List) and this company was about 20-25% lower than the other two.  The actual cost of the mover was LOWER than their quote which is unheard of.
The three men that came out both times were professional and worked hard.  They introduced themselves and treated our belongings with care.  Neither home was damaged in the move.
I would rate them A++.

Bradley's crew arrived on time, they worked fast, and used padded blankets to protect the furniture.  The move went like clockwork.  In fact the crew were so efficient that they finished in under the estimated time.  My family would definitely use Bradley again.

The moving team came right on time at 7:30am, moved our heavy furniture with ease, carefully taking notice and making us aware when an item was already damaged before moving it out of the town home. They wrapped up our TV and took very good care of it. They were gentile with fragile items and were quick. They even suggested that we transport our PlayStation because there was a chance that with the movement of the truck the system might not play right after the move. It was very heads up of the team and we appreciated that. The moving team was extremely pleasant and professional. There was an hour wait for the for moving team during the time of our settlement and they waited patiently. Upon getting into the new home, they constantly asked where the boxes and furniture went. They even helped us move furniture when we made last minute decisions on the placement. The quality of service was impeccable particularly for the price (which was very affordable). We would recommend Bradley Moving and Storage to anybody that asks!!

They were very polite and on time.  However they did not tell me that travel time would be charged, nor did they wrap any furniture! Nothing was broken however I anticipated items would be wrapped. Rate was only $115 per hour and they were there for hours.

Everything went well, I have no complaint. The prices that they offered were reasonable. I chose them through Angie?s List based on their grades.

Very smooth, hands-off experience.

We were very pleased overall. The day we moved the weather started off raining and it changed to sleeting and gale force winds but the guys worked almost non stop from 8 am thru to 10:30 pm. They were exceptionally polite and professional. They even maintained a good sense of humor despite the weather conditions which I don't think could have been worse. We moved into a townhouse with three floors and a basement and they never complained when a box or piece of furniture went to the wrong floor and had to be moved again to it's rightful location. We were so pleased with this company we used them again for our other daughter's moved just this May. Again we were very pleased as was she.

Everything went very well. One pickup was in Connecticut and the other was local. Both trips went well with no problems. The drivers were pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

WE HIRED BOB AT THE LAST MINUTE. WE WERE HAVING ISSUES AS TO WHEN WE SOLD OUR HOUSE AND WHEN WE HAD TO FIND A NEW HOUSE. THE TIMING WAS OFF, SO WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL ALMOST THE LAST WEEK TO MAKE MOVING PREPARATIONS. GENE TOOK MY CALL AND HANDLED IT VERY PROFESSIONALLY, AND WAS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. HE BOOKED US FOR 3 GUYS AND ONE TRUCK. HE GAVE US A FLAT FEE PER HOUR OF $115 PLUS A $36 FUEL CHARGE, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE CONSIDERING GAS PRICES THESE DAYS. IT TOOK 8 1/2 HOURS FROM THE MINUTE THE MOVERS SHOWED UP AT OUR OLD HOUSE, PACKED UP THE TRUCK, DROVE TO OUR NEW HOUSE AND UNPACKED IT ALL. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING, AND THEY PUT ALL THE BOXES AND FURNITURE INTO THE CORRECT ROOMS. THEY MADE OUR UNPACKING VERY EASY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY. THEY WERE SUPERB.

I am still waiting for them to send someone to move boxes that were supposed to have been put in the attic up to the attic, and to put together a chair that was correctly placed in the attic but left disassembled, and which I do not know how to put back together. Otherwise the men did a wonderful job. I assume that I will need to start phoning again to get that accomplished, but have been too busy lately to keep at it.

They were very professional and friendly the entire time they were here. We will use them again in the future.

I have had to move twice in the past six months. Both times I hired Bradley to pack and move. I was very impressed with their service. They were the best moving jobs I have ever had in my history of moving (obviously since I hired them twice!). I plan to hire them back when I move into my permanent location when it is constructed.
