The arborist came out to look at the dead trees on the side of our house at the end of March 2020. The cluster of trees had the trunks in a grouping of bushes and the biggest tree had dead branches over our deck. Our call was based on the tree over the deck. The arborist went in to the bushes to look and wrote a quote to remove 2 trees. We accepted and asked to be scheduled. They did not show up after the first scheduling of an appointment on 5/5. I had to call for a status and ask for a reschedule. The girl that handles scheduling was very nice. When the team arrived to take down the trees and went into the bushes, they took down 2 trees, but not the tree we had called about with dead branches over our deck. Apparently there were 3 trunks/trees in the cluster. The arborist apparently thought 1 was still alive during his initial assessment. We did not know there was any issue until they were packing up to leave while the main tree is still standing. My issue is the crew took the 2 smaller trees, easier to reach and NEVER shared with us that there was a discrepancy between the work order and the number of dead trees that were in the bushes. If we had been asked which 2 trees, we would have had them take the original tree we called about with dead branches over our deck. The arborist, Aaron, was contacted AFTER they took 2 trees out. He shared it would be another $1200 to take down the original tree he was called about initially. It happens to be the largest! They took no accountability for the miscommunication! He told me this happens all the time, that they think trees are still alive. There was no question that the main tree we called abut was dead, so he must have thought one of the smaller ones was still alive. How did their workers know which 2 trees to remove when there were 3 dead?? They took down the wrong tree!! The owner will not call me back. HORRIBLE customer service!! There are so many great companies out there that want continued business. I back to woods and have more work for the future. They refused to take any responsibility. We offered to pay for an additional tree, but not full price since they took down the wrong one. They refused. Do your research! This is such an expensive project and we thought we were bringing in professionals. They were anything but.... I gave them a full week to respond to my call.

They were at my property the entire day working and did a nice job of cutting back the trees. After they left I noticed a few odds and ends that they missed and they very quickly came out and took care of them (within a week or so.) The prices I got were veryreasonable, the estimate that Frank gave me was very detailed and broke out each item and the price. Frank didn't try to convince me to trim trees that didn't need trimming or take advantage of dealing with a female. The office was very responsive with getting back to me any time I had a question or concern. My only complaint is that I called and got an estimate in the beginning of April, immediately sent back the paperwork to get the work done and they didn't come out until May 27th. I called every week to find out when they were scheduling the work to be done and they didn't give me an update until the week before. I was anxious becuase I had limbs down all over the property and they were in the way of the grass being cut. I just would have liked a date to mark my calendar so that I could stop thinking about it. In their defense this past winter was really rough and we had a bad ice storm so there were trees down everywhere. I am sure they were very busy and trying to get to everyone. I just would have appreciated it if they could have at least given me an approximate date when they gave me the estimate so that I didn't have to wonder for a month and a half when they would finally come out and if they would come out at all since this was the first time I was using them. I think they could do a better job at scheduling. However, when they did finally make it out they did nice work, they were reliable and they quickly took care of a few things they missed. I would absolutely use them again. Aside from the scheduling issue it was a very pleasant experience and I am happy to have someone to call when I need tree work done.

It was quick and clean with no issues. They were very responsive and took care of the tree cut in a single day. Look forward to using their services again in the future.

They came in morning and stayed all day till finished. Crew very professional, and didn't stop till done. I was impressed on how work was done. I would definately use again when needed.

Excellent professional. Quick estimate in an emergency and quick response. Also had them do general pruning earlier in the year. Used them twice and will do so again. Reasonable and fair and good at what they do. What more can you ask?

I called them by phone and spoke with a young woman who said she would have someone call me back within 24 hours. I heard from someone that very day. We scheduled a time for the estimate for the following week. They are very responsive, very clean with their work (removing all debris) and very fair in price. I originally obtained multiple quotes back in 2005 for tree removal and stump grinding. Advanced Tree Care came in with the lowest price and they did excellent work. That is why I continued to use them and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have tree work done.

. I have used them a few times over the years. The owner was here trimming the trees, cleaning them and aired them a little. I did not see them do the work and I was disappointed in that. I called them a number of times and asked them to do this on a Friday as I want to be there and watch them trim the tree. From their side they wanted the weather clear. One morning the weather was clear and so they came in the morning and trimmed the tree instead of waiting for me to come home by afternoon and then trim it. I told the owner and I called them twice that is what I wanted. Still they did it anyway. Although they did a good job I was disappointed that they did not listen to me about that. They have taken the right branches. I am not an arborist. It got windy and a couple of branches came off. Either those were dead branches that were locked up there after they were cut or there were the soft ones up there. Price wise they were reasonable. As for punctuality they did not do it the way I wanted them to do. I will use them in the future.

Our experience with them was poor, and I would not hire them or recommend them for anything again. Both their customer service and their work was poor. The woman answering the phone rarely knew anything and always had to go ask, and call you back, which could take days. On more than one occasion, no one would pick up the phone during business hours. They did not return calls when asked when workers would be at the house, so we did not know when they were coming.

Regarding their work, they had to visit 3 separate times, once to finish a stump they did not finish the first time they tried. They did not put down boards to move heavy equipment and damaged our lawn to the point that we had to re-sod areas. There are still significant parts of the stump left in the lawn, but am not calling them back, I don't want them on my property again.

They were terrific. They were prompt and they really did a nice job. They kept with the price that they quoted. They were very good to deal with. Unfortunately they punctuality was not good because of a communication problem.

Contact with the owner, Frank Fantini, was made within one day of calling his office. Frank came out and gave us an estimate within a day. He is very knowledgeable about trees and he listened carefully to what our concerns were and what we hoped to accomplish. He made suggestions that took into account the health of the trees, our wishes as the homeowner and our budget. The appointment for the work had to be postponed twice due to February weather (snow and then rain). Frank also had to schedule around our availabilty. Even with all of this, the work was started in less than two weeks from the estimate date. The work was completed in one day and the crew came back on a second day to finish clean up and debris removal. Frank reviewed all of the work after the first day and determined that he wanted a few limbs touched up. He was back with the crew the very next morning to make sure that everything was right and to make sure that we were happy. We found Frank and his entire crew to be courteous and professional. We are very happy with the entire experience.

They did a pretty good job. They came when they said they would and did the job. Their price is competitive.

They came in as the second lowest bid, but were willing to remove the wood chips from the stump removal, so they got the job over the lowest bidder. Mind you, all were certified arborists, so none were cheap. They had to work around the weather, which is understandable. Because they needed large trucks, the ground needed to be dry. The job took 1/2 day more than planned, but doing it right was more important than doing it quick. Overall, we were very pleased with their work.

They came when they were suppose to. They did what I asked them to do and consulted with me. They cleaned up thoroughly and I was very satisfied with their work. They gave me a discount because I did more than one tree.

Rec'd estimates from 3 cos and split work between 2 of them. Advanced was responsive w/ estimate; tech seemed knowledgeable and professional and prepared estimate on-site. On day of appt, tree was cut down close to the ground. Large and small chips were left in the street, driveway, lawn, etc. The stump grinding was handled by a second team that came a few days later and left a huge pile of grindings for the third team which removed them the next day. When I paid the bill, I wrote a note on it to please have someone call me, because I did not think the stump removal was complete. (Can't have the concrete replaced.) No one called. I spoke w/ Sally and explained that there might be a genuine misunderstanding on my part about how much of the tree root, if any, was included with the stump removal, but still no call. Second call, Sally confirmed that the owner knew I had called and knew why. Still no call back. Customers should not pay invoices until they have resolved disputes with the vendor.
