DO NOT hire this company! They broke many valuable items including; antique partners desk (that they tried to nail back together and cracked the wood further), antique 18th century mirror, many prints had broken glass, other pieces of furniture had pieces missing or broken and we found that many items were missing after unpacking. We called them to try and resolve the matter and never had a worthwhile response. This company is a rip off and they have zero regard for your personal belongings. Not to mention damage to walls and wood floors!

We started getting through all our tubs and cartons that were moved and I noticed that there were about 4-5 tubs missing. I had my daughter call to tell them about this as it did take us a while to get through all the boxes. The owner also spoke with me and asked what he can do about it and I said to get me my boxes back. We gave him our phone numbers and my daughter's email and gave him two weeks to follow-up. Nothing has been followed-up on yet. They did, however, give me money back for the furniture they also messed up as I put a stop payment on the charge for the service. They haven't done anything to help me yet and I can't believe that they stole from me. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Horrible. Hey showed up 2 hours late and when we already had a tight moving window. They arrive and start saying arguing with my wife and I right away about how it wasn’t their fault because of traffic. Mind you their office is 20 Mins away. Then they ask if we are being evicted when in fact we purchased a new house in a way nicer neighborhood. We had to be moved out of our old house by 11am and Since they were supposed to arrive at 7:30am but didn’t arrive until 9:30am it gave us 1.5 hours to move a 3 bedroom house. We literally almost lost our buyer since they arrived for their final walkthrough and not 1 piece of furniture was moved out of the house. We had to move everything out on the front lawn and driveway by 11am or the buyers were going to walk. This forced my wife and I to basically do just as much work as the movers. The 2 helpers were good but the foreman (Otto who we argued with for the first 20 Mins started getting in my wife’s face) and Ron at the office were a nightmare, both very rude and condescending. Since we essentially had to move everything on the lawn first and not right to the truck it took them 7.5 hours to move everything and we racked up a bill oh over $1,100.00 for a bad service. Would absolutely stay away from this company there are very unprofessional and unorganized.
