 + -1 moreWe have dealt with them for years. they put our air conditioning in and have maintained both our furnace (hot water) and the air conditioning very well. We've had periodic special needs as well, like a water pump for the old furnace and replacing ductwork eaten by a squirrel that got in our attic. they do good work.

 + -1 moreHe is reliable, trustworthy and very honest. He knows the equipment in my house very well as he has serviced it even before we bought the house. He is professional, responsive and punctual as well. The quality of his work is very good and I have been satisfied with his service.
Description of Work: He does the maintenance and servicing of my heating and cooling system. I have been using his service for around 5 years.

 + -1 moreI don't have a yearly service contract with them. They did do a couple extra things this time, so the price is not usually that high. I think that they are highly skilled, are very pleasant and they are always available even on holidays.
Description of Work: They come out twice a year to perform a service check on my heating and air conditioning units.
