+ -1 moreI had to jump through hoops with the store then with the warehouse filing documents and receipts. Ultimately we were told that because the couch was damaged by us, the protection plan doesn't cover it. So if my dog had chewed it up, they would fix it? But because they sold us overpriced garbage, they wouldn't fix it.
Description of Work: We bought leather couches and thought paying more at a high end store meant quality. Within 3 months the leather started coming off the corners and edges and the seams were unraveling. We purchased the extra $100 protection plan also.
