Went super well lots of windows and it was a 1 day job, which was very impressive.

Had quotes from Window World and Integrity. Read on Angie's list about Window Perfections. Called Mark from my office in West Virginia talked with him and we set up a 3pm time that i would meet with him at his showroom. I drove from WV and when i arrived at Mark's showroom we talked and then he pulls out pictures of all the windows in my house. I was sold!!!!! He went out before i got there and took pictures of the windows i wanted done. Showing me the pictures he explained how the capping etc would need to be done because on my house it was bad. I'm writing this while the crew of Brian, Fuzz, and Jason are here on the 2nd day finishing the capping. They say that a good window needs a great install!!! Brian, Fuzz, and Jason are an excellent crew. If i had a question Brian answered. I have 7 upstairs windows that will need to be done in the next 2 years and a patio door. YES i will go back to Window Perfections. I had the OKNA 500 triple pane double hung installed. Contact me with any questions. I can tell you you will NOT be disappointed!

Great experience. Work was done on time and the installers were very professional. It was also done exactly to the estimate provided. They cleaned up their mess and cleaned all the windows so they were beautiful looking when they were done. So far I'm happy with the quality of the windows. They suggested a prairie style window and I love the look of them. I also needed to replace a french door in my basement and they suggested a sliding door instead. I was skeptical at first but they explained their sliding doors seal better and are more secure. So far I totally agree and am happy with the choice. I would highly recommend Window Perfections and would use them again.

The salesman did a good job explaining our options and making recommendations that would contain cost but meet our objectives. The installation team was both experienced and professional and paid attention to details. They arrived on schedule and kept us informed of progress. We would definitely use them again.

The guys from Window Perfections were great! Mark, the owner, came to my house for an estimate on a Saturday, because that was the only day that worked for my husband and I. Then the three-man team who did the installation came and did a fantastic job! They were fast, respectful, and clean.

We are really please with the work the crew did. Very professional and punctual. The windows turned out great and a month later, are still in fine condition. We worked with Mark to come up with design ideas; he is easy to work with and followed up with all of our calls. We had talked with 4 other contractors and many of them pulled tactics mentioned in [*** Link removed ***] Some of them never even called us back for and estimate or showed up on time. Window Perfections did excellent work. We think they were appropriately priced (Pella wanted over 20k for the same job). They followed up with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. I would recommend these guys to anyone to get window work done.

Our interest and investigation into replacement windows began with a strong sales pitch from another contractor who was replacing our gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia.  This sales guy (NOT Window Perfections) was very pushy, which we later learned was true for about a third of the contractors we contacted.
Following the high pressure approach, I was able to develop a short list of the best, most recommended replacement window manufacturers, which included OKNA windows.  From OKNA I learned that Window Perfections is our local installer, and one visit with Mark found him to be very attentive, thorough and knowledgeable.  Mark even refers to himself as a "windowologist". He has years of experience in the business having worked for other contractors before starting his own business.  It was clear he was offering a quallity product and even better quality installation, which is crucial for replacement windows.  Mark also knows how important it is to have quality employees in his business, and he seems to approach them with respect.  
For one of the better quality windows on the market, Mark's estimate came in at the midpoint compared to other estimates we had received, without any pressure.  He seems to be a nice guy.
We scheduled the installation after we returned from a short trip and our installers were always punctual, gracious and friendly. They answered questions and made adjustments based on our requests.  For example, for some interior trim they cut the pieces to length so I could custom stain and varnish them later in a stain that matched the interior frame.  They also gave some practical suggestions to keep them from splitting.
I decided to submit my review today when the outside temperature is near ten degrees with high winds and a low tonight of zero.  I am sitting in front of three large double hung windows that replaced a 14x7 picture window.  An infrared surface thermometer reads between 62 and 65 degrees on the window surface and there are no drafts around or near the windows.  It is not drafty and is perfectly comfortable.  In September I also noticed that the house retained the cooling from the air conditioning hours longer than it had before these windows were installed.
All in all, Windows Reflections offered a quality product, quality installation and a professional explanation of the process at a fair process.  While there are cheaper window installers in our area, there are also comparably priced or more expensive contractors and Window Perfections offers the best value in product and installation for a fair price.

Mark, the owner, spent quite a bit of time with me going over what I wanted and then presented me with multiple options at different price points. He was very open and so easy to talk things through with. After we had decided on the option, he gave me a price quote. A few days later, I realized there was something we'd forgotten to consider and he added that at no additional cost.
I am so pleased with the work that the crew did and the final product is fantastic! They replaced my ugly old wooden windows with Okna vinyl windows. The color is almond inside and out. Then to dress up the outside, they framed every single window with dark red metal, which looks fabulous with the logs. I could not be happier with the quality and beauty of the windows.
The crew was really great. They showed up each day when they said they would be there, they were very friendly (to my dog, too!), and cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they'd been here.
Overall, the price seemed quite reasonable for what I got. I highly recommend this company for your windows.

The crew arrived as scheduled and immediately began removing and replacing the existing windows.  At the completion of the first day all the new windows were instslled and finished on the inside.  On the second day the crew installed the patio door, and trimmed both the inside and out side of the door and the outside of the large bow window containing five window units.  During the final day, the remaining windows were trimmed on the outside.

During the entire process, the installers (Brian and Randy) were very professional and answered all of our questions.  The windows are more than we expected.  They are high quality, foam filled vinyl windows.  Most importantly, we were able to upgrade from double pane windows to tripe-pane windows at the installer's costs.

After looking at several companies we settled on window perfections. After meeting with several companies we felt most comfortable with Window Perfections. While their cost came in higher than the others, the quality of their work and the quality of their windows exceeded the competitors. We felt strongly that they would stand behind the quality of their work. Once we agreed to proceed it was about a month until we had the windows installed. They were able to install all 12 windows in a day and a half. Two employees did all of the work. The workers were very courteous and friendly and answered all questions we had. We are very pleased with the installation. The windows look great! We are very pleased.

Windows Perfections did a fantastic job from start to finish. Mark, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He came to my house right on schedule for the estimate. Armed with his tablet computer, brochure, full window sample and a wealth of knowledge, he gave me all the time and info I needed to make an informed opinion. He explained the thermal and structural performance of his brand compared to industry standards. He showed me how Okna makes a superior window at a great price in a timely way. He demonstrated the working features of the window and how easy it is to clean them. He even had a sample of the top-of-the-line caulk he uses. On top of that, Mark convinced me that Windows Perfections would provide the workmanship and lifetime guaranteed service the other guys on my list couldn't match. With a good feeling, I signed up. Six weeks later, as Mark had accurately predicted, the work began. Brian and Randy came on-time as scheduled. Both were friendly and courteous. They kindly asked which door I preferred them to use to enter and exit. They also discussed with me which room I thought best to begin with and how they would progress from there. They took care to keep my carpets clean with drop clothes, kept the door closed so my dog didn't get out and moved quickly and quietly throughout the house. By 3 o'clock, all 19 windows were installed and insulated with inside trim and caulking done. Randy cleaned each and every one and gave me a window maintenance demo too. Brian even saved all the window stickers with the performance ratings for me to keep. Although they were coming back the next day, they made sure everything was cleaned up both inside and out. Day 2, they arrived on-time, said their hellos and got to work outside. By 2:30, the outside trim work and caulking was done and the driveway and yard was picked up of all waste. We did a walk-through inspection and everything looked great. The workmanship of Brian and Randy is top notch. I've never seen such perfect trim and caulking. The only blemish was a dark speck they spotted between two glass panes that I never would have seen myself. They said that window would be replaced as soon as possible at no charge. The next day Mark called, asked how everything went and offered to come by for a look. As scheduled, the following Monday, he came, did a final inspection, showed me a couple more do's and don't's about windows and addressed any last questions I had. In closing, I can't say enough about the fantastic job Mark and his crew did. If you want a replacement window company that offers a great product and REALLY cares about its customers, Windows Perfections is definitely the one... Mark from Window Perfections came out to give an estimate on 3/6/14.  He talked about his company Windows Perfection, their services and was very knowledgable about his product and services.  I cannot say enough about his ethics, professional and his knowledge in the window industry.   He pointed out some finishing details on some other windows we had replaced before and how his company would complete the work they performed.  He showed us some pictures to demonstrate the differences and also had sample windows of his product.  All I can say is when you see his company's craftsmanship versus other window company's, their is quite a difference.   He also had a very nice slideshow highlighting work that he has performed in the past.  Another thing that stuck out to me regarding Mark is that he did not use any high pressure sales tactics that seems to be common within the window industry.  
After giving Mark the green light for the window and door replacement he sent out his crew leader on 3/18/14 to do some final measuring.  Again the professionalism and courtesy they showed while in our home was top notch.  He also talked about how they will finish the windows and again the attention to detail they portrayed was very impressive.
I received a call from Window Perfections to schedule the installation date on 4/14/14 and the time that they expected the crew to show up.  The 2 gentleman Brian and Randy again were very professional, and very respectful of our house.  They tarped the floors, to eliminate messes and vacuumed up the inside as they went along.   We did not have to clean up after them at all.  Due to a rain day the crew communicated to me that they would not be in the next day to finish the job but would be out early the following day.   At the end of the job they made sure we knew how to operate the windows.   They also installed some additional trim to make sure the windows and door looked just as sharp inside the house as they did outside
They cleaned all the windows before they left to make sure their were no blemishes on our new windows.  They found two blemishes and ordered two new sashes for us.  The crew also answered some questions about the windows we had installed the previous year that seemed to have some problems this past year.  He made some recommendations and took the extra time to even correct a couple of problems on the other companies windows.   
Finally Mark the owner of WIndow Perfections followed up on Friday 4/18/14 to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job.  He asked if we had any additional concerns or problems that were not addressed.  Again he mentioned the two replacement sashes were ordered and would be here in a couple of weeks and someone would be around to replace them.  You definitely get what you pay for with Window Perfections, which is a high end windows with quality service, installation and a company that has strong ethics and good morals that lack in some of the other businesses within the industry.

Our experience so far has been excellent. From the estimate to the installation, Mark and his crew were very professional, fast, clean and punctual. I didn't even have to dust after having all 26 windows in the house replaced. Mark installs and services Okna windows. They are highly rated and look fantastic. His crew only does windows and they know what they were doing. Couldn't be happier.   We also got estimates from Lowes, Evinity and Anderson. The Lowes sales person told us things that weren't true. Evinity appeared to have no experience in window replacements albeit they were very nice about trying to accommodate us. We disliked the very pushy Anderson sales philosophy (they require both home owners to be present for a canned 45 min presentation, constant phone calls etc).

Once they came in they were very quick at getting them in.  I realize I only ordered 2 so I am sure there was not a great priority set on the order.

The initial sales pitch was done in a very friendly, informative and professional manner.  I was impressed with Mark's knowledge of windows. After his presentation I researched window manufactures and products of several different window replacement companies (Window World's Alside, Pella and Window Perfection's Okna))  Our current windows are 30+ years old.   They are definitely showing their age.  We are planning on selling our house within the next 5 to 7 years so I wanted windows that would still be in good shape when selling time came.  Yes, Window Perfection windows are more expensive, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.  I was also impressed with the fact that Window Perfection has an in-home installation crew as opposed to sub-contractors.  The windows have not been installed yet.  That is scheduled to be done in October.  I will update my review after installation is completed.

Personnel were very professional and courteous. from the placement of the order, taking measurements, & installation. The laborers were excellent in every way. I did not have to clean up after them!

They did a lot of our neighbors' windows, so we used them too. They do an outstanding job and we would use them again.
