Verizon Wireless

Around August, 2013, I purchased a wireless phone from Verizon.  When it arrived, I was unable to set it, so I called and spoke to a wonderful agent in Nashville, TN.  He was unable to set it up, so I returned it via Fed Ex.  I received another phone and was unable to set it up. After getting a mailing label, I returned the second phone.  Verizon said I missed the 14-day headline.  I advised them I was waiting for a return label.  They tried returning the phone via Fed Ex, and each time I refused to accept it.  I spoke to a bunch of agents and supervisors.  Several representatives fixed it so my balance was $0.  Then, I would get another bill and call up, and an agent and supervisor would fix it so my balance was $0.  I would get another bill.  I continually called and spent a LOT of time on the phone.  I cannot state enough how frustrated I was.  It was like a dark cloud over my head.  I could not believe that Verizon Wireless was so incompetent.  All representatives I spoke w/ were kind and wonderful.  My issue is solely w/ the company.  I just got a letter that said I was in a collection agency.  Of course, I'm concerned about my credit.  I have excellent credit and this incompetent company put me in collections.

The service is terrible and I was lied to by the salesperson!!
