Description of Work: Installed spa shower. had to come back several times to correct minor issues. Probably wouldn't use them again as they're from Altoona.

Description of Work: Had wet area in the bathroom and total kitchen done. Wish I would have gotten other estimates but I was in a hurry to get the job done. I had other contractors in to see other jobs and had them look at the kitchen and all their estimates came way under of what I already signed the contract for the job. And being in a hurry reall didn't go that well either... My kitchen was to be done 4/2014 and they were still working on it in 5/14. The counter tops were so bad that they had to come back and redo the job. And up until just last week(8/15) they had to come and redo some things that we needed touched up. I would not have them do another job for me ever. The kitchen looks nice but what I paid I would have expected a better and more professional job than what I got.. I already had to paint my walls because when the were up on time fixing part of there job they retouch the wall with paint that wasn't the same and I had a big mark in the middle of my wall when it dried.

Description of Work: Removed old tub/shower and installed new upscale shower with solid walls, seat, grab bars, rainfall shower head with handheld and glass sliding doors. They arrived when they said they would (even called when they were 30 minutes away), worked steadily and put in a full days work. It took two men three days to complete project. Except for a couple of cosmetic issues, I'm completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Contracted on 9/22/11 to have window shades installed on one wall in our sunroom. (By the way, they installed sunroom a few years before and everything was great). First time they came to install the material was not wide enough, and according to Mr. Green, Jr. it was our fault because it wasn't measured correctly. We had to agree to spend an additional $500. because he refused to give our deposit back. $1,332. Anyway, things just kept getting more crazy, it was one problem after another, till finally on May 7, 2012, they came to install. Everything went OK, till a wk after we noticed that one of the shades was either backwards or on the roller wrong. The installer (I believe his name is Bob Schneider) told us if we had any problems to call him. Well, we did call him and finally about 2 to 3 wks he called back. Explained the problem and we never heard from him again. Next my husband called Mr. Green Sr. and explained the problem, he wasn't too sure what the problem was. Never once did anyone say they would come out an look to see what we were talking about. He never called back and that was on 5/29/12, never heard from him again. Next, called Mrs. Green, she assured us that someone would be out to check the problem. That was the first wk of June. Have not heard a word from anyone there. They surely have time to send someone out to see the problem. They can't even return a phone call or at least call and say, we will send somene out on a certain day.
