Scott did a great job with the installation of the tile and I couldn't be happier! It looks wonderful and very professional. He gave suggestions on design that turned out great, and I'm so glad I listened to his suggestions. I have had numerous compliments from family and friends on his work. I'm sure that I could have found several installers who would have done an adequate job at a decent price, but the difference with Scott was his customer service. He was so nice to work with! He was open to any questions, very professional in his demeanor, and just a good guy! He even fixed a window in my family room while he was here (no charge!) after I mentioned that I couldn't get it to lock! He did the extra things that make a difference. And talk about trustworthy...I ended up giving him access to a key to the house so he could work in my home while we were at work, and I had no worries. I heard about Scott from a family member who had him do a lot of tile work for him and was thrilled with the results. I would recommend him to anyone and I'm sure that I will use his services again in the future.
