RISPOLI'S CONSTRUCTION

Two years after installation I noticed the roof was leaking in several places. Rispoli ignored my plea for help until my attorney contacted him. Rispoli attempted to repair the leaks but after each rain fall, I noticed it still leaking. After three months of leaking and futile attempts to repair it with several applications of calking and sealant, I contacted a different roofer for advice. The new roofer inspected and found many deficiencies witch he photographed and described on his letterhead. I made all this information available to the Attorney Generals Office witch was a waste of time since that office is unable to do anything. I contacted my attorney and put a law suit against Rispoli Construction. A letter from Rispoli's attorney informed me that Rispoli Construction had filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy a full 18 months before he contracted to install my roof and therefor I was not able to pursue legal action against him. I chose Rispoli Construction to install my roof because his newspaper add said that he was licensed and insured . I guess a contractors license from the state is as worthless as the Attorney Generals Office.

'First of all a reputable business man wouldn't hire someone he doesn't even know to do a job . called him on the spur of the moment for whatever reason- Maybe no trained employees available. Used derogatory language and acted just like the so called business man he is. An F rating isn't the least bit surprising.

I would not let the company build me a dog house now. The metal roof leaks and the roof never leaked before. The sidewalk and the driveway concrete started cracking 3 months after it was installed I have been tring to get them back to fix the problems and I keep getting no response the last time we talked he said he would replace the concrete if I paided for half of it I gave Rispoli contracting 20900 and now he wants more money to fix his mistake please nobody hire this company he will promise you everything take your money and leave you hanging one thing I have to say he is a good bullshitter wish someone would of warned me before I got screwed over

Still fighting with with him to fix the cement after a year avoiding all calls will send his son to do his dirty work and is avoiding us as far as even hiding behind stores that we are in till we leave. Never ever hire him to do anything this could all be resolved if he fixes the problems but I still would not recommend him to even build a dog house . Poor dog
