I've been treating high blood pressure for over 40 years. Upon learning my doctor was retiring, I started looking for a new doctor. When I saw this guy, he nor his staff ever took my blood pressure, knowing I was on medication. All he did was ridicule & belittle me for my weight. He asked what exercise I did. I told him I walked & bowled. He said "bowling, the sport you can play and drink beer". If I could give lower than F, I would. Needless to say, I found another doctor.

I had a folder with several reports from Specialist in Florida and tried to discuss my treatment ongoing to this point and that the pain was so severe that I could not continue , when the DR. reached over and grabbed the folder from me and threw it over on the table. The DR. became very RUDE and ARROGANT ,and started going on like as if I am a psycho and that the pain is all in my head. he then turned his laptop around ( as if to show me my MRI report) and said it was normal . And again , the DR. referred that I need to take a deep breath and get my head straightened out .

I said,--The reports from Florida states that my lower back is very bad and all other treatment has not given relief and the

Specialist there said surgery was needed to relieve my severe pain.

Finally , the Doctor , said he would refer me to a SPINE Specialist and to PAIN Management. Then got up and left the room.

MY wife and I , both feel the DR. was very RUDE and ARROGANT and showed NO Compassion in providing service to me . I definitely feel that I should have got up and left when he started his Arrogance with me !!

Therefore--- I FIRED THIS DOCTOR !! I don't need to pay for his " Arrogant Professionalism " !!

ON JUNE 16, I did have Surgery and I feel 99% better after only 2 wks.

It is a family practice, and he is my designated provider. He does a good job. The staff is friendly, and they are always on time. Whenever I have an appointment, they are there for me, and I am there on time. I like him, and he seems very knowledgeable.I am due to see him in the next two to three weeks.

Dr. Reinhardt is the most caring doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to really listen and discuss whatever you are there for. He never makes you feel as if you are rushed or that you are just a number. He also works with you on the payments and insurance issues.His staff is amazing.

I love and hate visiting Dr. Reinhardt's office. I love it because I know that he's an exceptional doctor. He's one of the few doctors out there that truly are in this profession because he cares about his patients and has no problem sitting down for 20 or 30 minutes at a time. In fact, I've even had him sit and talk to me for nearly an hour. It's not a rush, rush, rush ...let's get you out the door so we can get another patient in. Not al all! ...anyway, I hate visiting this office because I'm sure to be reminded about everything I'm doing wrong and how I need to correct those things.
The moral of the story is .... there are few doctors in this area that could ever gain my trust as much as Dr. Reinhardt (coming from someone whose family is largely medical personnel)

He's a fantastic doctor. He's very open, very knowledgeable and very informative. Overall he provided me an excellent job.

3/6/13 was my first visit. I was faithful to keeping the journal. On my 2nd visit, 3/22/13, dr reinhardt reviewed my journal and prescribed medication to try along with the food routine that we established. My 3rd visit was 5/6 , my a1c dropped by 2.5 points, my weight is dropping in the right direction and my average bs is dropping consistently to a more normal range. I am walking at least 30 minutes a day. My next visit is july and I can't wait to show how I am doing. The office has early hours that meet my needs as I work full time. I like him. It's hard to find a good doctor. It's hard to get a guy to go to a doctor unless they have confidence in them. They are courteous and prompt. The doctor is thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. He is easy to see, the office environment and the staff is good, and he is a good doctor to see for males and females. My husband had tests and they put him on medicine. I'm afraid if everybody finds out about him, and how good he is, it might be harder for me to see him. I give them the highest ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

They will work with you very well. They will work with you on making payments if you do not have insurance.

He hasn't killed me yet, so he is doing good.
