Work still in process Stopped work keeps asking for advance on payments

Had a roof leak so they sold me a new rubber roof over the entrance way. Assured me this would fix the problem. This did not fix the problem so they sold me a new roof over the older part of the house. They said this will absolutely fix the problem. My roof still leaks in the same exact spot and now they refuse to do anything without me paying them more money. They now say there is a problem where the 2 sections are tied in. Why didn't they tie it into the other roof correctly to begin with? I think for over $4000.00 I should now have a roof that does not leak. All they do is guess at what needs to be done. If it don't work they want to keep charging more to try different things. So I am out over $4000 and my roof still leaks.

Everything went fantastic..They were very professional and prompt.They worked out every little problem and detail and went above and beyond to make me happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PENDER CONSTRUCTION.. I was very leary about hiring someone I didn't know but Jeff and Amanda were AWESOME..They didnt try to rip me off with the pricing and they did exactly what I wanted.I couldn't be happier with the results.. I have gotten so may complaints on everything they did at my home from neighbors and friends. THANK YOU JEFF AND AMANDA FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION.
