Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!! I cannot say enough!Shannon and her team did a detailed phone interview with me concerning each of our animals, what trauma they had experienced, what their needs were, and how she could best meet them.Each cat was met by Shannon personally, and assessed. Some who fear confinement were let out of their carriers immediately and allowed to roam her shop to familiarize themselves before she groomed them. She took her time especially with the most traumatized animal we have and did her personally. Her staff which is equally as competent assisted with the rest of them, and they were done in a timely manner. Our carpets were being cleaned that day and by the time the carpets were almost dry, the animals were ready to come home.They returned in beautiful condition finally free of the construction dust that goes with a major household renovation.I am extremely pleased with Pampered Paws Boutique and they will be my "go-to" for all my pets grooming/boarding needs.
