+ -1 moreWanted a refund, will not pay another up charge. Customer service was very rude, no return calls, shopped around. On 6/3/2014: Went to the store, told them what we wanted, they made a phone call to see if they could get it, never hear back! Do not buy here!
Description of Work: 2/17/2010: Bought a mattress, paid a total of $1,416.50 and given credit of $1,007.25. 7/19/2013: Replaced first mattress with a second and up the charge and delivery charge - $257.58. 5/12/2014: Called Mattress Warehouse the second mattress was defective. They sent a technician and yes. it was defective, gave us credit for $1,180.25. 5/27/2014: Called the manager, John and he gave a second offer of $1,358.00.
