Computer Sales
My computer would not boot up and the wireless keyboard and mouse would not work. I tried everything I could think to do. I called and spoke with Ron at KTAADN, he was very helpful and offered suggestions that I could try without having to get them involved. Unfortunately, it was more involved and I set up with Ron to drop off my tower the next day (Saturday). This is an older PC (probably 8 - 9 years old) and I was concerned that I would need to purchase a new one.
Ron was very helpful and carried the tower into the building for me.
I received a call Monday around 4 that it was finished and ready to be picked up! Again they carried it to the car for me,
They found that one of the memory sticks was bad, they replaced it and added extra memory, they also replaced the DVD drive that did not work,
The computer is running much better, quicker, and I have not been getting the pop up errors that I had previously.
