Home Genius Exteriors did an excellent job changing the siding on my house. The entire project was flawless, with Zack in sales using software to create a 3d model of my house, Tyler as the project manager making sure everything went smoothly, and Oscar's crew doing the hard labor and detail work. The overall cost, including labor, insulation, siding, and shutters was about $17 per square foot.

They were fantastic they did such a nice job on our home would recommend them to anyone who needed worked done they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and the workers were very friendly and considerate to all our needs

Overall the project was an excellant and easy experience. I decided to take a chance on a pre-sales person who stopped by walking the neighbor hood, and I'm glad I did in this case. The sales person was very professional and explained the entire process in detail. The work crews did a great job. I had a new metal roof, new gutters and gutter guard installed. The materials they used were top quality products and the metal roof was purchased from a US company. The support people were responsive to questions that I had after the project was complete and thoroughly answered my questions. There were a few small details missed or not done according to the sales person's explanation, but I discussed those with the support people. Overall I would definitely use this company again for other projects if the need should arise.
