perfect...we called, he came out and diagnosed it, called and ordered the part right then and there, and came back the next day and replaced it. Washer is only 3 years old so it was a relief to have it repaired instead of replacing it. Cost us under $100 for everything. Very pleased!

We called and left a message on Thursday, he called back and came the next day. He called and ordered the part while he was here and we paid him for the service call, part, and labor. He said he he'd have the part Tuesday and would come over and replace it. He did just that. Nice guy, knows what he's doing. Very satisfied!

On Monday we asked Harry to come out on Friday.   Called on Tuesday to verify he was coming on Friday and he offered to come out on Tuesday a few days early.  Great!   That worked for me.  He said he would be 11 but the first job took longer than expected and due to a medical condition he had to stop at his home on the way and due to a vehicle problem he switched vehicles as well and then arrived at 1.  He's an older fellow and although he moved a slower than someone younger he got the job done well.  The fix took about an hour. I'd call him again if I had any appliances needing work.

I am very disappointed. Mr. Butler was late to appointment said he needed to hurry as his wife (who was in the car) and himself needed to get to lunch. He came in my laundry room said I can't fix that it is all push button and not the knobs. I have a gentleman that can. He called him said he will be calling you. He then told me that will be forty dollars. The man didn't touch anything and nor do any work. His wife told me the day before that there estimates for repair were free. I told him I wasn't going to pay him and he said he wouldn't leave till he did. I wrote him a check because I didn't know what else to do. Very frustrated.

Harry was very professional and called before he came. He looked at our refrigerator and thought it sounded like the compressor had gone bad. He noted that an expander had been placed on our compressor several years ago, and showed me how the compressor kept trying to kick over and start but couldn't.
Because the refrigerator was 12 years old and had already been repaired twice before, he recommended we not spend the $300 plus labor to install a new compressor but purchase a new refrigerator. He gave me some suggestions on where to purchase a new one or even a gently used one if that's what we were looking for.
I will definitely use him again for a service call as he repairs stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers and has been repairing them for more than 40 years, so he knows what he is doing!

Mr. Butler was a professional. Extremely courteous, prompt and went right to work. Had it all fixed within a 1/2 hour. He did a thorough check of my entire washing machine and then knew just what to do and boy he was right on! I loved Mr. Butler and highly recommend his work to everyone who is in need of either a washing machine, dryer, stove or refrigerator repair to make your only call to Mr. Butler. He certainly delivers and will not disappoint.

I spoke with Mr Butler on the phone, and was skeptical when he told me that he knew what the problem was with my refrigerator and that he could fix it quickly and cheaply. To my pleasant surprise he was right and had it fixed within a couple minutes of arriving at my home.

Mr. Butler fixed our ice maker. He was very nice and professional.

He called prior to arriving. Opened the freezer door and knew immediately what was wrong. As usual it took more time to get all the parts, shelves and panels off than to actually replace the part. He also needed to melt the accumulated ice. He then replaced the part tested everything and put the refrigerator back together. The entire process took 2 hours. He noticed that the right front caster was not adjusted properly so when we moved the refrigerator back into its spot he used shims to level it. The next day he called to tell me that he had located a used refrigerator and obtained a caster assembly for our refrigerator. He came by the next morning and spent about a half an hour fixing the caster. He refused to accept any additional fee even though the caster was not a part of our original problem.
Mr. Butler is very pleasant to talk to, has 44 years of repair experience, loves his work and it shows. If you need a major appliance repaired call Mr Butler I promise you will not be disappointed.

It went good. He was neat, clean, and did the job.

Our clothes dryer was not heating. Mr. Butler arrived at our house at the agreed upon time and had the problem (internal fuse) diagnosed within ten minutes of his arrival. He had a replacement part on his truck, and completed his work within twenty-five minutes.
He was friendly as well as knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing--and why--at each stage of the process.

It went well, he was very knowledgeable on this type of problem and explained why this happened and what he was doing to repair the problem and also how to keep it from happening again. He was there about an hour.

Overall he was very kind, professional and prompt. He made sure the work was finished and satisfactory before he left. He called the next day to ensure we didn't have an issues after the fact.

Harry is punctual, very pleasant. Concentrates on his job. Prices are extremely affordable. I would recommend him anytime. He is an older man, but a great worker. He is affordable, not trying to get money from people.
