Had a problem with my automatic window. He took the door parts off, diagnosed what was wrong and gave me a quote of how much it would cost to fix it. All for free. Rick does an amazing job. Knows his stuff! Got the part in the next day and was fixed in 20-30 minutes. Cheap labor costs. Definitely A+ rating

After some garages were not interested in working on my truck I stopped at Elite Auto. They said they could look at it that week, I dropped it off on sunday night and on tuesday received a call explaining what their opinion was and what i wanted to do before I had a substantial amount of money involved. They told me what the ballpark max amount would be along with what he expected it to cost and also if possible he would try to save me some money by having parts repaired if I wanted instead of completely new parts. One week later, mainly because of waiting for parts to come, my truck was repaired. Have had no problems since, already had them inspect my fiance's car also.
