Cook's Painting & Renovation Inc

I recently contracted Cook?s Painting and Renovation to
build a small mudroom addition on the back of my house.  I contacted Chris Cook, who gave me a prompt
and very competitive bid for the project. 
I am absolutely thrilled with the results, and Chris and his crew have
exceeded all of my expectations.  Some
observations: 1) Chris is very professional and is great with
communication.  He was easy to contact
and quick to get back to me any time I had a question; 2) his crew always
showed up on time, were super nice, put in a full day?s work, and were
respectful of my property.  I could see
progress on the project every single day when I came home from work; 3) Chris
was patient with my questions and concerns?he came up with good, workable
solutions when we ran into unforeseen issues, and paid a lot of attention to
detail.  Chris listened to what I wanted
to use the room for, came up with a vision, and executed it flawlessly; 4) even
though this was a relatively small project, I always felt Chris gave it his
full attention.  I never felt like he had
?more important? jobs to take care of.

Truly, I couldn?t have asked for a better experience?from
?customer service? to actual construction--I have zero complaints.  I am already looking forward to working with

Cooks Painting was very professional and arrived on time. They replastered my bathroom ceiling as well as painted the ceiling and walls. It looks so nice now I can't believe it's my bathroom. They did an awesome job and it was all done in one day. And the cost was so reasonable. I can't recommend them enough.

The hardwood floor was in terrible condition before the refinishing. The glue from the carpet adhered to the floor and the padding was in tiny pieces. There was an smell that permeated the house. Chris came immediately after my first phone call to assess the hardwood floor and give the estimate.

The work was completed in two days and in a timely fashion. The workers were professional and knowledgeable about their work.

I will continue to use Cook's for future house projects!

The floors turned out even better than I could have imagined. The guys were able to restore them to their original beauty.They completed the project in a timely manner while still paying attention to the details. Chris was very responsive and was willing to be flexible to work around my needs.

Both jobs met or exceeded our expectations.  We were most pleased with the professionalism, cooperation and respect that we received in working with this contractor. We have and will both recommend and use again.

We had to call and request quick emergency repair from this business after our kitchen ceiling came crashing down ten days before Christmas. They came right away and looked at the work that needed to be done and have us a good competitive price for the work. Other contractors told us they would not be able to get to us until after the holiday, but Cook's was there the next morning working hard to repair the damage  They pulled down the rest of the plaster ceiling in our kitchen that had yet to fall, and removed all the plaster remnants. They took away both the plaster that we had to clean up ourselves when it first fell and what they pulled down. They then put up new drywall on our ceiling, new crown molding and painted the ceiling. 
 The work was done quickly and was well done. Our kitchen looks better than ever. Could' t have asked for better service and we are planning to use them again after the first of the year for more remodeling work.

I have seen some of the work that they have done and it was very good.  They are also honest and it makes me feel good because they are going to be working in our home. 

They bid on 3 jobs and we awarded them all 3. They are very conscious about what they are doing. They do a very good job as far as the workmanship is concerned. They stay on the job until it is done and they don't move out. They are young people and they have craftsmen working for them. We would absolutely use them again.
