This provider is unreliable and acts in an unprofessional manner. He cannot be trusted. He doesn't answer phone calls or return messages. He lies about when he will meet with you. He promises 24 hour service but you can call him for days and you won't hear from him.

Installation took a little longer than expected.  Heat pump works fine.  Contract promised a rebate from Mitsubishi and a rebate from electric company.  Neither form was turned in.  Mitsubishi was not offering a rebate nor will they help.  Comfort One will not return inquiries into this matter.
