We decided to cut five dead trees.  Put it off.  Saw Charlie's shop.  He has all the equipment to do this job. 
I called and left a message on the machine.  Mark called the next day and came to give an estimate within the hour.

  He was close to our house.   He gave a good price for cutting down the trees.   They were a crew of three men and Mark, the owner.  He was on time (8:30 am).  They were respectfull and courteous.  They were carefull with the large trucks and equipment. 
They cleaned up all the brush and removed it, left the yard clean.  They  left the wood as we requested cut into 15".  Stacked it at each tree site.  They did execellent work.
