Boyer Refrigeration Heating & Air

Unfortunately, my experience was not very good. My electric water heater was not heating the water and needed a lower heating element replaced. Your tech arrived at 3:30, ordered the replacement part, went to pick it up, and installed the new element. He was gone before 5. At 7:30, the tank started to leak from the new element. So, I had to drain the tank again and was without hot water. On Saturday, I cleaned and reinstalled the element myself. I told the tech at least 3 times not to use the new gasket because it wouldn't seal and would leak when the tank heated up. I told him to use the old gasket which he didn't do. After reinstalling the element and refilling the tank, I haven't had any issues. In summary, it cost me $411 dollars to have a worse problem than I started with. The part was 50, so that 361 in labor for 2.5 hours max. That's $145/hour for something I ended up fixing myself. I would hope a steep discount or refund is considered. After calling them and sending them a message, I never heard back from Boyer. I would definitely not recommend them.

they don't do much.  I think they are busy enough now that they don't need to worry about little guys.  They have become VERY expensive.  They want 150 just to come buy my house, even though i have spent over 10,000 dollars with them over the years and have recommended them to many people in Sylvan Hills.  Denny Politi is a good man, he works hard and tries his best but they have lost their way.  I'm looking for a new HVAC that will take better care of us.

They were fairly prompt and didn’t take too long. They were pretty much average. I had two different people. One guy was good and one guy wasn’t as good.

This group is unreliable,  not showing up for scheduled appointments.The techs are inexperienced; as an example, a man showed up to service our air conditioner(even before the above problem) who was a heat technician.  He had never worked on air conditioners before....The contact person, Denny, who runs the office is clueless.The tech who tried to fix our drip ran the drip out over our front door. 

Our overall experience with them has been good.

I was pleased with them.  They put in our furnace and heating ducts.  They are excellent.  Their price is great and they provide very good service.

We would use them again in the future if we needed to.
