Excellent. I love the gym. I train weekly with Wes. He is fun to work with and keeps the sessions light. Teaches me exercises beyond lifting weights. Gym is very clean also.
Besides Wes who I train with, JR, Bells and Matt are also very very nice. I am able to name four people who work there because that is the type of gym it is. Not a large chain, but a friendly place for people serious about exercising.

.I have my own trainer and they are all college educated trainers and they have to recertify every 6 months and they really know their stuff. Its great.
