 + -1 moreI was fooled by the sweet talk and promises of owner/CEO Paul Klaas - who is the only employee of this business. I paid $575 for an appraisal as part of the process to obtain a refinance on my home. I was told the process would take about 30 days. FOUR MONTHS later I still have no copy of the appraisal and no refinance! Mr. Klaas is almost impossible to reach and weeks went by without responses to emails and texts. He has given me nothing but excuses for why things have taken so long and I can't imagine how he stays in business. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
