I contacted Pat through a referral. He looked at the job, and we exchanged emails discussing the estimate and coordinating our schedules for the completion of the work. Pat and his employee arrived on time, worked quickly, neatly and professionally. They even offered to install the microwave I had just bought, which saved me the hassle. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed, and wouldn't hesitate to refer them or use their services again myself.
