The Home Depot staff at this location is always extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience you can (at this location). The ordering process went smoothly. The sales people were knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure we were happy with our order. We were helped by a gentleman from a different department because we came in late after my husband got off work. He could have said come back tomorrow or here are the hours they are in but instead he sat down and helped us himself. Very impressed with him and his initiative. The gentleman who came to measure showed up on time and did a good job measuring. We had ordered carpet in another state from Home Depot and ended up with so much extra (and not excess cuts one long solid piece) we could have carpeted twice. We had very little excess this time around. Carpet installers were from a different company but they did a great job also.

Home Depot were quick and responsive. They cleaned up well. I've used them a couple of times because of the good service. Their price is very competitive.

The job went well; there's nothing glamorous about gutters, but the crew came when they said they would and finished the job in less than 1/2 a day.  The old gutters were removed and taken away, and the new ones installed.  The new ones are the single piece variety - no seams.
Dealing with Home Depot is sometimes tricky; the estimator and the work crew are dispatched from a central site, and sometimes information is not given to the right people.  We paid for the servie and our local Home Depot, and at first, they didn't know anything about it.  That aside, we were pleased with the job and the price and would recommend them.

We had fixed up our basement and they came in to carpet it. We are going to have them come out and install more carpet. It was special ordered carpet. They told us it would come in in 4 to 6 weeks and they got it in in 2 weeks. They were accommodating with the day of the week, they did it on a Saturday.  I love Home Depot. They match prices. The service people are great at helping in a certain department. I just feel very comfortable. You walk in and they say, Good Morning. They are just wonderful and their products are good.

Contractor came out and explained the different types of windows they had to offer. Came and installed windows and I haven't had any issues. It was a very experience.

We were pleased with the Home Depot Newcastle store who supplied a kitchen counter. The lady was extremely knowledgeable and was more interested in the use would be versus trying to sell us something trendy. Home Depot in Butler supplied the windows and doors and also connected us with their window installer. We are definitely repeat customers.

From planning to installation the process went very well.  The designer spent significant time with us in planning the design and all the appointments she made for use to have measurement taken when as scheduled.  Regarding the countertop, we were hesitant about granite with concerns about sealing and cost.  Once assured that it would be sealed and with a special pricing option we decided to go with the granite.  Once the cabinets were installed, the supplier and installer of the countertop (MC Installations?) contacted us for a measurement.  They informed us as to what they would need (sink, faucets and stove measurements).  The team arrived on time and make extensive measurements with a laser tool.  The company gave us options on installation date.  The installation occurred on time and everything fit.  They spent time going over the service with us and helping us understanding how to maintain the granite.   There were no call backs and to date the countertop has met or exceeded our expectations.  We think that the measurements were the critical part.

Utilized $400 for whole home installation deal.  As expected, the fees associated with installation were outrageous.  The $400 turned into $1200.  To avoid fees, we removed all of our own carpet, baseboards, staples.  We picked up our own materials from Home Depot once they were delivered and allowed them a few days to acclimate in our home.  We installed our own baseboards after they installed as well. 
They literally charged a "carry-in" fee - seperate from the delivery fee. 
We also wanted 12mo no interest financing as opposed to 6mo.  The staff at the Allison Park location were very accommodating and open to this idea.  They were definitely willing to work with us to avoid all of these fees.  It seems department managers have leeway in pricing so go in to negotiate.  We were ready to take our business elsewhere.
We are happy with the result of our floors overall. 

Our kitchen was already gutted for remodeling and technicians form Home Depot just installed the new appliances.  They were having sales in January and they had a pretty good deal on the cabinetries.  It turned out to be a huge saving.  The installers were very precise.  They did a perfect job with the measurements.  Everything they did was right to the specification.  They did a really good job.  They did everything promptly.  We did not have any complaints.  We installed all new doors inside the house and I took measurements of the openings to Home Depot.  Bob from the doors section took a lot of other related information from us.  His measurements were dead on, when we got the doors installed.  Not one of them failed to fit.  He is fantastic.  He is very friendly.  We also used his help to get front doors, store doors and garage doors.  He really knew his work.  I always look for Bob whenever I have any doubts.  I would use them again in the future. 

I spent $2500 on that work.  I wanted good windows which would not be at a higher cost bracket and they had the cheapest wood windows that I could find.  Their price was competitive.  The workers were excellent.  They sub contracted the work to a father and his son who have their own contracting business.  They were honest and did great work.

Overall a nice experience. quality measurements , installation and product. You do not need the best they have to get quality product. Save the money. the least expensive, stay away from. We got middle of the orad priced, and are very happy with it.

The experience was great until I opened yesterday's mail! Received a letter from GE advising me that the warranty for the two appliances was about to expire and that I should purchase "GE Service Protection Plus" for extended service. Why was my personal contact information as well as purchase details (for a competitor's product!) released to GE? I see this as an extremely brash and unacceptable practice on the part of Home Depot. I would expect my personal and purchase details to remain confidential between myself, Home Depot and LG Electronics - not released by HD to a third party. I am extremely disappointed with HD and will probably never buy another item from them. Complaint turned over to Pennsylvania Attorney General for resolution - as of 9/24/2010 - eight months after complain was filed - Home Depot continues to avoid the Atty Genl office. This may very well end up in the courts.

The workers were on time and reasonably priced. I was pleased with the work. The only bad thing was that I had to pick up the merchandise.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DOOR, THE INSTALLATION AND THE SERVICE.

THE EQUIPMENT WAS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION AND A VERY NEW MODEL. THE MANAGER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ON HOW TO RUN THE MACHINE AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS I HAD. COST FOR RENTAL WAS A GOOD PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RENT FROM THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. EVERYTHING RENTAL MANAGER TOLD ME ABOUT THE MACHINE I RENTED WAS TRUE.
