I would have given them an A on the price however, when we initially spoke the estimate we were given was to replace 10 feet of pipe and for a new vent pipe. Once the excavator dug down it was a realized that it was only a small section of pipe which needed to be replaced. I honestly did not think He would still be charge the same amount because it took him only a few minutes once he was down inside the hole to complete the work. Our ground is still quite a mess but he did say that come spring he would come back and cut down the vent pipe which is sticking out of the ground several feet and the dirt pile needs to settle. Overall, we were please with Burchfiel plumbing I just believe that most plumbers are rather pricey.

I called Denny with the problem. He showed up, took care of it and was on his way. It was done fast and reasonable.

On the first day the plumber ran the pipes for the sink, bathtub and toilet for the basement bathroom. He came back after all the drywall was complete and installed the toilet, vanity and bathtub, and set the crome handles on both the sink and bathtub. Additionally, he installed the toilet and vanity in the powder room, the pipes were already there. The plumber was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was, for the most part, on time and he knew exactly what we wanted done. His work ethic was superb and he made sure he cleaned up the entire area after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Burchfield Plumbing and Heating. In fact we plan to have him do our master bath in late fall or early winter this year. My husband is not easily swayed and he was impressed with the plumber's skill. We are satisfied customers.

Denny shows up on time and does clean work. I will use him in the future.
