Description of Work: west end mngt previously helped me with renting my property 3 times already but ive been trying to call for help with renting it out again but im getting the run around no call back they say their going to email or fax info in 5 minutes its been a week, bad business!!!!!

Description of Work: I was able to get an appointment set up for someone to come out and meet with me. I showed the person the property and they explained how West End would manage it. The property needed work prior to rental. West End arranged for a vendor they work with would come out and do an estimate. That happened. After I got three estimates, I contacted West End again and clarified some things, offering them the chance to revisit the estimate with the contractor and submit a best-and-final offer for the repair work. No one ever responded. I emailed several times. This was very unprofessional.
