It went very badly.
Our orginal application was submitted in July, 2012. At that time, we were told it would be a ninty (90) day process. Our loan application was approved on October 5, 2012.
After numerous inquires concerning the closing date of our refinanced mortgage and the threat of having an attorney involved, the next day(!) we were given a closing date.
We finally closed on March 8, 2013
