We had a terrible experience with them. We had a quote for a job that they were doing for us. They quoted $80,000 and when we were done it was close to $200,000. One owner stole my cabinetry and I had two witnesses who saw that happen. This job was supposed to be remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen. They started in February and still didn’t finish and originally they said it will take five weeks and they never returned phone calls. The witness told me the owner steals stuff from a hardware store. To make him do anything I had to beg them for weeks and weeks. They sub contract the work out and the work is great but they don’t do it. Every time they show up they somehow make us spend more money. They installed a new door for me and I found out afterwards that for the door frame they put new wood all around and behind that wood there were millions of carpentry errands and there is hardly good wood there. When I called him I said, “I am missing a piece of cherry wood, it is like 97 inches long and about four feet wide and half inch back”, I am sure it costs a good penny. He is like, “I know what you mean”, and he told me, “the plan was to bring it back”, and I asked. “When?” and he said, “I don’t know”. We reported it stolen so hopefully the hardware store is going to do something about it. The work started in February or March and now it is September but they haven’t still done it.
