Bought laptop in January with $250 Service Warranty. Laptop screen not working so took it back to Staples. They said they could not repair it there. We had to call a number and have a box sent to our home 3 days later. The laptop was sent off to a Blue Haven to be fixed. A week later it came back still not fixed. Called Staples and they said they would send another box. No box came. Called and found out they had cancelled the box. They finally sent another box and that was over a month ago. I sent the laptop back to Blue Haven and they still have it. Keep saying that they will send it and now it has a part on backorder!
Description of Work: Took laptop in for repair. 2 months later still don't have it back.

In response to my email they indicate they mailed the rebate July 29 to my "old" address (same mailing address I have had for 40 years and still use daily). I have not received it. Rebates are silly and frustrating to begin with....why not just take the "rebate off the price at time of sale and everybody could live easier. Copy of curent email history below: Read from bottom up, some irrelevant personal details omitted. I am starting to doubt you. Box 99 has been our mail address for 40 years and we receive mail daily.
