The service was very good. They were very prompt, very professional and very thorough.

They are very good. They are reliable. In Previous years, we got everything we wanted done, but this year, they were not able to get out all the spots but some of them were really pretty bad. I am not convinced that they did as much as possible, they only had one spot removing product with them. I would expect that if you were a professional carpet cleaning company, they would have more.

I've used their services before and they've always done a great job. The technicians are always on time and professional!

I recently hired the Allentown Stanley Steemer for some minor cleaning work that I needed. While the customer service was impeccable (they kept me informed when the crew would be available, when they were on their way, confirmed appointment day before, etc), the crew (or I must say, one particular individual in the crew) was appalling. First, the quality of the work was horrible, when cleaning a carpet, I would expect, at a minimum, that food crumbs and dust would no longer be there after the cleaning, since that only shows that they did not clean that particular part of the carpet. Like my children, when cleaning house, the crew did not bother to even move extension cords that were lying on the floor to clean under them. Secondly, the crew complained CONSTANTLY how overworked they were, "we've done 8 jobs already today! hope they don't send us anywhere else", complained about the fact that it was hot in the house "can't you turn on these air conditioners?", and badgered my wife the ENTIRE time they were there about how she should give them a good tip. The badgering was such that my wife felt intimidated and made out a SECOND check (made out to CASH at their suggestion) for their "tip". In this case it wasn't a tip, it was a "get the h*** out of my house" payment. I don't know how much the owner of the Allentown outfit knows about how his crews operate, but he definitely needs to get a clue. Obviously, I will not be contacting Stanley Steemer again.

Phone rep very informative with no surprises when crew came. Crew on time, very professional and conscientious. Cleaned carpets to the point, in most areas, that they look new. Furniture looks great.
