Excellent job. Rugs looked cleaner than before the flood. Very fair price!

I had mid grade vinyl put down over existing vinyl on a concrete base. There was considerable bubbling that I was repeatedly told would solve itself over a few days. It did not resolve itself. We were selling the house and had multiple showings scheduled and the vinyl looked awful. Remita replaced the vinyl as the installers did not allow the vinyl to warm before laying ( Chilly November). We also had carpet installed and that was top notch.

Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. We purchased carpeting for 4 bedrooms to be Installed. The first day they were almost 1 hour late. The installers smoke like freight trains and were smoking inside the van with the carpeting inside, and take smoke breaks every half hour, then to carry the smell Into the house each time. They opened up our carpeting on our front lawn to measure it and then walked over it while it was on the lawn. They also damaged all the molding, scraping it and denting it during installation. I spoke to the owner and all his only response was that he called them and told them not to do that again. He offered us $100 (on a $4500 sale) To compensate for what Happened. We told him to keep his change. This business Has ZERO respect for their customers!!! Awful.

We stopped at Remita recently and to look for rugs for our new home. They had some wonderful pre cut rugs and roll stock that fit our needs and wants. The sales person was very helpful and gave us ideas for our flooring needs and wants.
The priced roll stock at a very reasonable price and made up three pads for our large area rugs.
Remita pricing is wonderful, they sell quality, they are carpeting experts, and have been and quot;in the businessand quot; for many, many years.
I would not go anywhere else for carpeting, and if they do not have it in stock, they will get it for you.
Do not waste your time at big box stores, furniture stores, discount stores, Remita is the price and quality king.
Do yourself and your home a favor, shop Remita!!!

We've been dealing with him for years. We are just impressed in knowing what kind of recommendation that he got from other people. On previous years in dealing with him, he has been very good. He has reasonable pricing and good work. We were very pleased with the outcome of the rug.

They provided me with samples, came out to measure and looked at the room and all of their service were prompt and professional. I have purchased many remnants from their store in the past and had them edged. The carpet they installed had a line in it and I took pictures of it and they assured me it was just a mark from the way it was on the roll. They stated to give it a week or two and if it didn't go away they would address the issue, they were right and it went away after 2 weeks. I plan to use them when I am going to recarpet the rest of the 2nd story.

When the estimate was given measurements were taken. When the rug was installed it was not installed to the measurements, therefore the dining room rug was short. I asked for the company to come out for resolution and they informed me there was nothing they could do because

1) the rug was not lengthy enough to stretch
2) it was explained to me that the remenent wouldn't have been enough to cover the whole job anyhow. I'm not sure how they gave measurements for what I exactly wanted, and was told I had to have a certain size remenent but then told that the remenent wouldn't have fit anyhow.

Although they were on time, the cost was fair, I was very diappointed in the after service when an issue was identified. The resolution was for me to spend more money buying more/thicker moulding.

They are very helpful. They are hardworking.

My parents took their rugs here and they did a good job, so I now take mine here as well. I like that they have a seven step process that works really well on the rugs. The cost is reasonable.
