PUSH & PULL AUTO BODY & FRAME WORKS INC

I am a little leary of their business practices. The other drivers insurance company was paying for the damage to my car & the adjuster quoted $2900 for damages. They couldn't open the hood due to the way my car was damaged. They said once the body shop opened it up & did an initial teardown they would send the adjuster back to the shop to do an additional inspection to check for other damage. The shop called me & stated that the adjuster said he preferred not to come out because if any additional damage was found the insurance co would total the car. The shop said they could do the work for the insurance amount but instead of replacing the fender they would repair it. The grill had minor damage so they left that alone too. The bumper support had a fair amount of damage & was supposed to be replaced but I haven't pulled off the bumper to see if they did. The bill was the exact amount of the insurance check & wasn't itemized. The work was fair but I don't trust this company.
