I have been using Plantique for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service. They are professional, respectful and courteous all the way from the ladies in the office to the crew at my home. My home always looks fabulous when they leave!

We reached out to Plantique in the fall to get an estimate on some grading and landscaping for our front garden bed area. Whenever it would rain heavy, we would have a lot of water pooling issues. Mike from Plantique came out, took pictures and measurements, and got back to us with a reasonable quote. We had the work done in early December. The guys that came out were very friendly and ensured that the work was done to spec. They even added a little extra mulch and work that we didn't expect. Overall, the work looks great! Friends and family have already commented on how great it looks. They even threw in a free top-off/cleaning after the winter ends. If I could give one area for improvement it would be the timeliness in communication and scheduling. There would be a few days of delay when a request was made. But it's not enough to remove a star. I would certainly recommend Plantique for your landscaping needs!

We have used Plantique for three major (and difficult) projects over the past two years. Each project was very complex (one involved a pool) and we couldn't be happier with the end result as well as the entire experience of working with the Plantique team. From the initial office contact and consult, to clean up and the finished product, the staff and crew were pleasant, accommodating, professional, responsive, and honest. Mike Wimmer was our design consultant both times, and he knew how to troubleshoot and correct any issues while creating an impressive and beautiful design that fit our lifestyle and needs. He is such a great talent and so easy to work with, as was the crew on site. These gentleman were so hard-working and always so gracious. It has been such a pleasure working with Plantique and I look forward to a long relationship with them for all our future landscaping and maintenance needs. I highly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues, and have recently consulted them to help my parents with a landscaping project. So very, very happy with Plantique!

I have had neighbors ask me who we use to maintain our landscaping since it always looks so beautiful. Plantique does a fantastic job and very prompt and professional. Not only will we hire them again, we do use them year after year.

When they did the garden design for us, I like that and they stand behind their products. They do a very good job.

Plantique had great reviews and I hate to say anything to the contrary.  That said, I wouldn't use Plantique again.  The landscapers were courteous but the service was completely overpriced (wish I had shopped around, first). Most of the planted perennials in my backyard and on a hill on my property died, and the clematis installed to provide porch coverage never grew in. Also, one of my azaleas was pulled up while a Yew was being removed and Plantique never replaced it.   I had to find a new landscaper that replanted dead plants and put in a cozy patio and irrigation system for a third of the price that I paid Plantique.  I tear up a little everytime I think of the money I spent (I could have used it for a worthy cause) and I am still kicking myself after all these years for not doing my due diligence.

The job went very well from the "sales" call to completion.  Our designer was a pleasure to work with and the crew that actually did the work were pleasant and professional.  They had really neat software that showed what the finished work would look like which made decision making easy.  They listened to our concerns regarding fuss free plants and delivered.  The front of the house with accompanying entrance are beautiful.  They are a little pricy, but they do deliver.

The salesman came with 3-D diagrams of the options they proposed.  We picked the one we liked best and he left us a catalog for the type of stone we wanted and told us where we could go to look at a display of the different types and arrangements.  We looked at the display and chose the stone and cap we liked.  We contacted Plantique with our choices.  They worked with us extremely well on scheduling the work as we had a couple of projects going-on at the same time.  Further, we found a couple of blocks that looked like they were chipped too much, and they came right back out and replaced them.  They invoiced us as we had agreed.  They did a nice job and cleaned-up after themselves.  We're very pleased with the whole project.

They had no bucket truck or ladder to facilitate cutting high parts of trees. Laborer had to wear a harness and climb up into the tree. He could then not see very well what needed to be cut. Missed many spots and top leaders for the evergreen trees were not cut properly. Had to have them come back 2 times to try to fix trees not done properly. They even forgot to do one of the trees in the original contract.

We are very happy with Plantique?s provision of a row of Arbor Vitae along a fence line in our yard.  We appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness.  The completed project was exactly as we envisioned. The field crew did an outstanding job in placement and planting, created minimal disturbance to our lawn during the work, and did a thorough job of cleanup.

Delivered a completed landscape design. Our designer was friendly and professional. They came up with a lot of creative ideas for us that matched our requirements.

When the house was built in 1976 Plantique had done the original landscaping for the entire perimeter of the house. Over the years I had numerous little things changed but when I decided to tackle the big project I decided to give Bruce a call. Imagine my surprise when he still had my original landscaping plans 36 years later! It was a pleasure to work with him and Eric the project manager.
I had beds changed from using mulch to using various sizes of stone. The maintenance is much easier and doesn't need to be replaced every year. I had some of my favorite perennials planted. I actually went to Plantique's Nursery and hand picked which tree I wanted.
They are very accommodating and professional and I will use them again.

the installation went very good and the people at Plantique were very responsive and professional. After the installation of the wall, other boulders, and plants we did have a problem with a couple of plants that did not survive. Plantique however came in and replaced the plants without any question. it is important to note the Plantique is not the lowest price out there but they do quality work and stand behind their work. At the end of the day that is the most important thing for us.

They did quality work but I felt overall like we overpaid- it was a small project and somewhat frustrating to get them to contact us with a contract, etc, but once we got that part done they came out within a few weeks and finished the project.

Overall, I can say that they did a good job and their price is reasonable.

Adam (sales) came out to see what we wanted to accomplish and from the beginning came up with a plan that would answer all our concerns related to the movement of ground related to the generator/tank installation (two other vendors), installing the sump pump PVC and storm drain hookups, along with building up a portion of our lawn area to redirect storm water from our neighbor's land to an existing storm drain at the front of our house rather than running through our back yard.
In addition (without asking), Adam took over as and quot;project managerand quot;, contacting/coordinating work for not only his company but also the propane and generator installation teams. It worked out much better rather than me trying to call/schedule each company.
The Plantique team had a challange since they did most of their preliminary work at a time when we had very wet conditions due to rain/snow runoff (even had to use the backhoe to pull the trenching machine through the muck in some cases!), but rather than just give up and wait until the weather got better, kept on working to keep the entire project on schedule.
One last thing, related to customer service. Since the generator was going to be installed in an area that previously was used by my wife for a small garden over many years, I mentioned to the clean-up team (those that did the final grading/seeding) that I had to build a new garden in another area that I had already decided upon. Without asking, they took a portion of the topsoil and actually created a new garden area, filling in low spots and bringing up everything to grade at the same elevation as the original garden. I was quite surprised to see that they saved me a lot of time/effort without having to put it and quot;in the contractand quot;.

It was excellent. The worked h****** the extensive roots.

They were very good and I will use them again in the future.

Overall they did a fine job. They were very cooperative . I was very pleased and would use them again.
