Andy was great to work with and very helpful. Erin is super friendly and great at what she does. John and the other installers arrived on time for each door job and stayed until every detail was finished. We couldn't be happier with the process or the results. Awesome customer service.

Thank you Penn Windows and Doors for providing an excellent experience from start to finish. Our trip to the showroom to look at doors was educational, and when Andy made his house call he provided great assistance with style and color selection. John did an outstanding job installing our new doors. As he left he said if we needed anything a couple of months from now or a couple of years from now, we can always call because we will always be their customer. Erin followed up with a call to see if we were satisfied. Great customer service! I am an extremely satisfied customer and would highly recommend Penn Windows and Doors.

They came on time and installed and made adjustments as needed. We are fully satisfied and would recommend this company.

It could not have gone worse. The window I’m sure is quality, and they were responsive through the entire process. However, the contractor they hired to cut the hole and install was terrible. He left the molding not flush to the wall, so we called once and penn came out to fix. Cut to finishing the drywall spackeling. Yes it was in the contract that one coat of drywall will be applied and then the second would be done by the customer. Well they didn’t say they would leave it uneven and that it would leave the wall looking terrible. I contacted three professionals and hey all said it should have never been left like this and it should have at leave been even. The new drywall added was 1/4 inch higher than existing. When we contacted penn to come look at it and fix it, they told us they would charge us $150. They wanted to charge us more money for the crappy work they left us with!!! Terrible customer service!! I couldn’t even believe the response. Also if that’s what the work looked like when they left it I’d rather take my chances with someone whose has never even heard the word drywall to fix it. I will never use this company again, and I would tell anyone I know to never use them. Let’s pray the window doesn’t leak when it rains this weekend. I posted actual pictures of what it looks like on yelp and Facebook. Seriously go take a look at what they considered finished enough to add more more coat and paint.

Excellent service and product

Excellent, the installation of our shutters was seamless. Due to some construction work we were recently doing we had to remove the entire shutter system. Unfortunately we snapped a piece and I reached out to Erin to get a replacement piece. She was extremely helpful, friendly and was able to help me. I will continue to use this family owned company instead of the big box stores. They have always been extremely responsive and want to give their customers the best service possible. I will be installing another set of interior shutters this year and will only use this company.

It went very well. Even though it was several years after Penn Windows had originally installed the windows, they handled the warranty work agreeably and professionally, and thoroughly (including all the metal trim work around the windows), with no additional cost to us. We're quite pleased with how seriously they take customer service!

They came out quickly to give us an estimate, and explained the options available to us. We chose the doors and were given an estimate (although I made some changes the following day). They came out a second time to re-measure just to make sure everything was correct. When the installer arrived he did a fantastic job with the installation, it looks beautiful, both front and back. He took his time explaining the different functionality (how to set the combination lock, how to adjust the storm door, etc). He explained the warranty information and how to send the paperwork in. He was completely professional, cleaned up all of the debris. I asked that he save the doors so that we could leave them out front for "recycling"...and he kept all the hardware together to attach to the doors for the next person to use. I really appreciated that...as did the gentleman who picked them up. A very professional company, from the office staff to the salesman to the installer. So pleasant to deal with.

Excellent work as expected. This is the second time we have used Penn Windows. Customer service is exceptional. Everyone was polite, professional, and respectful of our property. We will be using them again in the future.

Excellent experience from start to finish. No surprises! Great communication. Top quality job. This was a big job that took most of a day to complete. I was very impressed with the installer's knowledge and attention to detail in every aspect of the install including a thorough clean-up, And the fact that the installer came prepared with everything needed, tools/materials, which was quite a bit. I highly recommend Penn Doors.

The complete experience went excellent.  The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door.  In addition the Angie's list discount was a plus.  All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful.  The installation was done on time and very well by the technician.  The  quality of the door and installation were as advertised.  It's been 3 months since the installation and we have had no problems with the door.  I would highly recommend  Penn Windows for your projects.  It was very nice dealing with a company that delivers on their commitments and all of the personnel show that they appreciate you as a customer.

It went great. Our salesman, Andy, was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any followup questions we had. Our main installer, Justin, was terrific and believe me, he did not have an easy job - our home was built in the 1920's. We had to have the lead containment service done and we are very happy with how the installers cleaned up when they were done each day. The one installer did a really nice job of putting in a new air conditioner for us. We also want to thank Erin in the office - she was also quick to answer any questions we had.

So far, they have been really great. The reviews I saw on Angie's List made me decide to go with them. He was very professional and very nice. He is also very thorough.

Was very happy with the estimate - provided information and options without any pressure.  Made sure we understood lead laws and lead testing for window paint.  Found an option to fit our unusual downstairs bathroom, which looks great!
