Excellent experience! My wife got busy working in the yard and forgot that she had to pick up the flowers for our son's prom that night. Paisley Peacock tried calling her twice during the day to remind her to pick up the flowers, but my wife had left her phone in the kitchen. After closing time, my wife realized her mistake and called the Paisley Peacock shop anyway to see if the disaster could be salvaged. She got an answer right away, zoomed down to the shop well after closing time and still got the flowers. The owner told my wife that even if we arrived later, she had intended on hiding the flowers behind the shop in a location my wife could find if she had listened to the whole voice mail message.
