Oxi Fresh of Allentown Carpet Cleaning

We have a carpet that we thought would NEVER come clean, but it looks great now!! HIGHLY recommended! The service is fast, quiet, and without the large machinery that some cleaners use.

We were very happy with the experience. Brendan did an excellent job of answering questions, was willing to help with specific spots and the carpet looked amazing after the service was complete.

They have been in the house twice. The service was fine. It took them about an hour and half. It is an excellent service, it dries in 2 or 3 hours max, so they clean it really well, and they dry it as much as they can, but you have to wait 2 or 3 hours before you can use that area. They were pretty quick, and they were very professional.

Wow! This will be my new carpet cleaning service. The technician (Brandon) was extremely pleasant and professional. Results were great! I will recommend Oxi fresh to all my friends.

Technician (who was very courteous) did explain before he started that he wouldn't be able to remove that stain completely which I understood; however, I did expect it to fade somewhat and not be just as bad when it was done as it was prior to the cleaning - no diffference whatsoever. I ended up mixing up my own home remedy and was able to remove it totally myself. The Company did call me after I let them know I wasn't satisfied to see if they could come back to remedy it. At that point, there was no reason as I had already taken care of it.

OxiFresh is the only carpet A & upholstery cleaner I'll ever use! PLUS they use GREEN products, which is very important to us!

They did a great job, you wouldn't even know I had a dog. Looked and smelled wonderful!

I called because I had recently had a elderly cat who peed on the floor in our bedroom. After she passed away I had Oxi Fresh come in the remove the odor. They were amazing and told me if they didnt remove the odor they would come back again for free. I called to set up an appt. and came out the next day and were right on time and they were done in less then an hour. They told me the cost upfront and didn't try to sell anything else. They were super friendly and the results I got were amazing no more odor. I will be calling them back to do my downstairs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the technicians that they send out. It is a family owned business. I like the fact that it's consistent technicians that come out. They are very thorough, very careful with my furniture. So I use them twice a year on different areas of our house as I have pets and I like to keep it clean. I like the fact using them over regular carpet cleaning because they don't have much water in the solution and the drying time is much shorter. They are always very courteous and it's very easy to get an appointment.
