We needed our roof replaced on an addition to the back of our house. The guys at Ortiz came and did the entire job in one day, cleaned everything up, and updated us on their process throughout the day. A few days later a big storm rolled through and our roof started leaking. I called Jorge and he was at our house within 20 mins! They stayed until it was dark trying to find the source of the leak. They ended up coming back a few days later and replacing a portion of the shingles, underlayer, and fixed the source of the problem the connection to our neighbors house, at no extra charge!!!

Did not know anything about this contractor before I hired them for my complete new roof ! Well let me just say they were Excellent in all areas of the project .... I'm not easy to please but they were truly pros at their trade . Do not be afraid to hire them ! Great guys and a very fair price .... I am 110% happy with the job ! They did an excellent job and after they left the property was cleaner than it was before they arrived. It was done on Monday and starting Tuesday afternoon to Thursday morning we had approximately three and one half inches of rain. No leaks. Now that is a test.
