dropped computer off at thier store and they fixed it in 2 days. Very pleasant experience

Office Equipment Repair
See above; I ended up buying a different brand portable hard drive at a different Office store. Office Depot selected and promoted the MAXTOR product I bought. They recommended it: They should stand behind it when the manufacturer fails to honor their warranty or makes it impossible to file a claim. Office Depot should exvchange the item and then THEY can go through the frustration of filing a claim, which would hold more import since they sell the Manufacturers product
