I bought a new modular house. I cannot begin to explain how horrible the situation was. He and his staff did not show up on time and they didn't finish the job. It was horrendous. He should be out of business. There were a lot of hidden charges. He was worse than a devil. He did not finish the carpet on the inside of the house which he was supposed to that. They hired a big crane to install the house but it started to rain and he wanted to charge me extra. My son is a state trooper and he and his friends came by to say hello but the employees seemed scared of me so I think they may have been illegal. He didn't want to bring the air conditioner over even though I paid for it, and then he didn't want to install it. He would not do anything done to complete the house and I had to do most of the work myself. One of the workers told me about a customer that he threw an old man out of his office because the man was not happy with the house he had installed. The service of the company was good, but the salesperson and the person that installs were no good at all. I had to pay him in full when the thing was delivered and there was nothing I could do about it. I would not recommend him and I will not use this company again in the future.
