Computer Repair
Max diagnosed the problem with my Dell gaming tower computer. Within 4 hours I received a call from Max informing me that the mother board was bad.
He told me it would be a total of $280.00 out the door. He assured me that he tested all the components.
I asked him prior to paying, that if replacing the mother board wouldn't fix the problem, would he refund the money.
He told me "absolutely !". He told me that the mother board comes from Dell with a warranty and that he adds an additional 6 months.
I paid the $280.
Max told me that he should receive the new mother board from Dell within 3 days.
On the 3rd day I received the call that the new mother board was in and the computer was working. He told me they'd like to have it tested overnight and that I could pick it up the following day.
Everything went exactly as explained to me, and let me tell you, that is very rare.
I picked up my gaming computer and it has been running perfect. I'm so happy as gaming is my life !!!
I don't normally recommend any companies, but in this case, I'm recommending this one.
