Job was done in a timely manner. Dan explained everything up front and was more than willing to give an education on the job of roof replacement. Everything went relatively well. Cleanup was very good.
I gave a rating of B to price and quality for the following reason (s): I don't know if the price was an Excellent price, only the installer would know that. I think it was a fair, decent price looking at the alternative (me doing it myself). Quality - I'm hoping the material quality is good, I have no reason to think otherwise. Only time will tell how the quality holds up.
Don't look at a B (good) rating as bad. Good is good. I don't know if much, in this business world, is Excellent. Probably should be another rating between Good and Excellent (Very Good, perhaps).
