"We are saddened to read this review as you’ve been a valued customer since 2016. While things did not go as you had hoped, I’d like to add some clarity to the situation. We do not repair fixtures, nor do we install two story chandeliers. After many calls to us, as a courtesy, we assisted in helping you locate the manufacturer of your chandelier lift and recommended you contact them directly to see if they could assist with your issue. They sent you a replacement motherboard free of charge. When [Member Name Removed] was not successful in replacing the motherboard, you reached out to us, again, to see if we could help. We, again, advised you that we do not perform that service. Two months later, [Member Name Removed] called to schedule an appointment to replace a ceiling fan. When Bob arrived to install the ceiling fan, he was faced with the chandelier lift on the foyer floor and a large chandelier box. Once again, [Member Name Removed] asked Bob if he would look at the chandelier lift. He also asked if he would hang the new chandelier. [Member Name Removed] would not take no for an answer. Bob, agreed to look at the lift and quickly determined that the chandelier was too heavy for their lift. Bob recommended they call an electrician who could fix the lift and hang a properly sized chandelier at the same time. In the end, the issue was not the motherboard. Bob spent nearly three hours on this task. He reached out to the manufacturer, sent them pictures and everything was done correctly. The manufacturer asked Bob to do some additional troubleshooting. [Member Name Removed] did not want to continue with additional troubleshooting because he had already done troubleshooting on his own. [Member Name Removed] signed off that the work was completed to his satisfaction and at no time did anyone ever ask for a refund. We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Safety is our number one priority! We are literally shocked that someone installed a 600 lb. chandelier on a lift that could hold a maximum weight of 300 lbs. We are deeply concerned for your safety."
