"The good book says "forgive them for they know not what they do." In my defense of this scathing review I can say that my last conversation with the (removed member name) was just after Hurricane Sandy - a difficult time for everyone here on the East Coast - and especially when trying to obtain results of a water test on a failed well. My inability to obtain immediate results for my buyers precipitated their request to work with my broker until final settlement. I can say that I worked very long and hard hours to find a home for my buyers - beginning in May 2012 - with several previews of properties prior to their arrival in the States - taking photos and providing extensive reports on each property. The property for which they say I did not find - I actually found at the same time they did and alerted them to its listing on the market almost in the same instance. In order to procure this property it was necessary to absolve a former transaction and obtain a speedy release which for those of us in the profession know - is not easily performed. Quite honestly, there was nothing I would not have done for these buyers - but some requests made were beyond my scope of making miracles happen. The good news, however, despite the F rating they have given me, is that they are now living in one of the most beautiful homes I have had the pleasure to see. I hope they are happy now and have overcome the nightmare ~ that for sure, was shared by both of us."
