(Tracy) excellent design work & communication. Slow start to demolition. Once Dave took over the work was steady. He seemed uncomfortable working in the old house. Seemed to prefer straightforward cabinet install. However, his problem solving skills were excellent and craftsmanship outstanding. Dave was less comfortable w/ communication. Tracy went on child- rearing leave ½ way through project. She has since returned and her communication is excellent. I felt I had to drive communication in her, experience very good satisfaction with the produced is very high.

They were wonderful. The lady was extremely professional and helpful, gave us some great suggestion for what we wanted to do. It was exactly what I was looking for. She was a very knowledgeable lady. We had no problem. She came with a wealth of knowledge and not pushing any product. I had questions about counter surfaces and the pro's and con's of various materials. She answered questions and made suggestions about various places where i could purchase them and compare. She was unbiased.

Very professional.  Had some great ideas for future kitchen remodel

Prompt, Professional... competitive price. Planned to use quality materials BUT we did not proceed with the kitchen remodel so cannot rate any other part of the service other than estimate.

Started the job a week late.  The job was supposed to take a week, it took 13 weeks.  At times they did not show up to work and left me waiting.  I was suppose to have a peninsula were the cabinet was to be 45 inches long, and the drawers 39 inches long.  I ended up with a cabinet that was 39 inches long and drawers that are 37 inches long.  I was supposed to have 2 pendent lights put in above the peninsula but with it being shorter it would not have looked right so now the lights are gone.  The slow or soft close cabinets I requested were forgotten.   Claimed I never requested them.  So they ended up putting them in, but now I had to pay extra.  They did not refund any monies for the mistake on the peninsula nor the pendent lights they never installed.  Trim on the cabinets was never completed to the specifications that were agreed upon. 
Kreative Kitchens repeatedly ordered too little of what was required.  Each time it took a better part of 6 weeks for the rest of the items to come in.  I installed the tiled back-splash and the floor in a very timely manner but once done, the contractors would not show up for weeks to pick up where they left off.
The end product is nice but I certainly would not call it high quality work (except for what  I'd done)
The kitchen was a total disaster for not one but two parties we had during this fiasco,  both of which were more than 8 weeks after the "scheduled" completion date.
