I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very anxious to work with me until I signed and then it all went downhill. I had to beg them for feedback. I worked with several people (agents, assistants, schedulers) and one hand usually didn't know what the other hand was doing. My house was FINALLY shown at an open house (requested by me) and it sold right away, but I wasted a lot of time trying to make contact with these folks up to that point. In my opinion, these are pleasant enough folks with an overall hodgepodge attitude and very little follow through.

We would not recommend them to anybody. We used them from June to November. We did not sell our house. We felt that they did not look out for our best interests. Their charges are based on a commission.
