General Remodeling
We wanted a front porch that had more of a historical flair, than a cookie cutter rectangular look. We wanted an interior arch that would show case our Moravian star. We took a few pictures of other homes in the area. Brian was then able to construct a front porch that not only looks lovely but is maintenance free with a vinyl sealed ceiling. We know we stretched his creativity with what we wanted BUT he truly arose to the occasion!!! We could not be happier!! We have had many compliments by neighbors and passer byes. Brian also encased the front door frame for a maintenance free bonus. Wow, We love our curb appeal !!
For the back of the house , we had Brian install a roof over the back patio. Here again, we changed that installation up, by including a reconfiguring of the gutters by having rainwater gathering from the two a joining roofs to the patio (shed) roof into a large down spouting to an underground drainage system. He also encased that ceiling with wainscot vinyl for a lovely maintenance free effect. Brian is a very conscientious contractor, who pays attention to detail and will go the extra mile to ensure his client's happiness. Prior to starting he supplied us with various samples of railing and siding styles. We highly recommend him and we are planning to use him in the spring to reside the house.
